Mission:
As an expert witness/consultant, my mission is to provide timely, informative, objective solutions, to assist in overturning inappropriately denied disability insurance claims (individual, short term, long term, non-can, group, association, business overhead, buy-sell) and to consult when there are acts of bad faith. We also assist in the very most important phase of the claims process, which is, with the preparation of the claim form itself which is akin to the foundation of a home in that, a poor foundation will surely create problems at some point in time! A properly completed claim form, will minimize the amount of confusion and conflict that follows its submission when processed by the claims dept. whose job is to minimize approvals and anything they can find wrong with the claim form, will be used against the claimant.
As part of our services, we also assist in answering any of the claim's department objections and or rebuttals, with comprehensive and analytical responses.

Disability Insurance Resource Center( DIRC) , founded in 1972, is intimately familiar with all of the policies (contracts) offered by all of the major carriers and as indicated in his BIO/CV, has attended many of the relevant seminars and conferences on the claims process, in addition DIRC has given seminars on the subject as well and is an active member in the American College of Forensic Examiners, whereby one of his many denied claims articles will be published shortly.
